My name is Tom. I am originally from Chicago, but have bounced around from Indianapolis to Jacksonville to Cleveland. Before starting this company, I have been a High School Math Teacher and Basketball Coach, as well as a Sales Manager. I am currently NASM Certified as a Personal Trainer.
Vitruviance was born out of a combination of a few of my passions: fitness, tracking, and experimentation. I have always loved working out and being active, and consider myself a lifelong learner in the fields of fitness and nutrition. I also have an obsession with anything involving tracking and analytics, especially related to fitness. I founded Vitruviance as a way to help other people gain a better understanding of their own health and achieve their own personal fitness goals.
My name is Mike. I am a Chicago native. I received my undergraduate degree from Butler University and then went on to Governor’s State for my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. I currently practice in an outpatient sports and orthopedic setting and am certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Dry Needling, and Return to Sports Rehabilitation.
I have worked with patients ranging from 6 – 103 years old and nearly every possible body type, athletic level, and injury imaginable. I have a passion for fitness and rehabilitation and love helping people safely return to the sports that the love, achieve their fitness goals, and reach their maximum potential.
Stella is a seven year old Miniature Husky/Miniature Poodle Mix. She usually hangs out around the office and makes sure everything is moving smoothly. She is about the nicest dog out there, so feel free to say hey to her!
